If you definitely want a small atmosphere for a intense great work out and to learn boxing with great trainers to where you will never leave dissatisfied with your training, this is the place to be. Working with all the different trainers Coleman, Danny, and Owen have all been great motivators. I've experienced Danny's workouts the most with a rotation of many different sets of high intensity workouts, that will always be challenging and make you feel better and ready for the next, and keep you coming back for more. These boxers are legit. I have also heard from some people at this gym that they are willing to drive a distance just to come to this gym because it's the best."
