I take my 2 year old to the parent and me class faithfully every week and I couldn't be more pleased with the facility, staff, exercises, and total experience each week! My daughter loves coming each week and always tells us that she is going to nastics lol. Grateful that we have a place like this in Lynchburg and with out a doubt a recommend that you should come here!"

"My son went here for a few months. I didn't feel like he really learned anything. He is 7 years old and very athletic. The focus i is definately the girls. All the female classes were busy learning tumbling routines, back handspring's and other techniques. The boys do the same things every single day with no change and no new techniques. The people there are very nice, the just don't focus on teaching the boys my sons are anything of substance. If you are looking for a place for a boy and want more than just exercise look elsewhere. The girl classes however appear to be excellant."
