The instructor, Kirsten, for the Saturday 10 am morning class was very informative, had a great vibe, and the class itself was relaxing yet physical! "Grace Yoga and Pilates has been an important part of my life for several years. The instructors and programs are top notch and very caring. We are so fortunate to have this facility in our community. Actually, I'm not sure what I'd do without them. Since Covid-19 has changed the way the studio conducts classes, we have been able to continue online or on demand as well as attending classes with 5 or 6 others, socially distanced and wearing masks. The studio is very clean. Choose a class to meet your level or need and you won't regret it!"

Even with the struggles this year has brought, the instructors have rallied to ensure that still get the physical, mental and emotional support from a variety of classes that we all need. The communication is excellent- usually receive a response from an email within an hour or so. They are open to feedback about what classes the students want and always eager to try new things.
