"The Phobia X portion and the new attractions altogether were incredibly dull and boring especially with how they've increased their price of admission it wasn't a worthwhile experience. The Scream Trail itself remained a fun experience and I do really enjoy that but going forward I do think some criticism and feedback is warranted by customers. The Sanatorium should remain apart of the Scream Trail portion like it was in previous years. I do believe they need to redo the shock therapy rooms and mark trails better as the safety is questionable at best."
"This place was our go to Halloween plan for the past 4 years. After this year I seriously doubt we'll be returning. They raised ticket price to pretty much double the original charge and just divided the original trail into two attractions. Also the safety here is super questionable. I would suggest steering clear unless they make some serious changes next year."
"I wanted to love it, but this year was a failure. We went to Red Vein first, got to Scream Forest about 8:30. The line was already so long. We waited for 45 min and moved maybe 50 feet. It would have taken us 3 hours+ to get through. So we bailed and went through the last 1/3 of the forest, which they split off this year for the first time. So they split it into two sections and charged more. And what we did see was pretty lame. Please please start selling tickets with start times to help with crowds and huge wait times."
"Worse than last year, hands down. Over a 3 hour wait. The "expansion" is a complete lie. They just divided the same experience in half and charged double. Very poorly organized, especially compared to previous years. Won't do it again."
"The last time I was at this place was 8 years ago. I kept telling my family about it. We ended up going on this past Friday. We had loads of fun and lots of scares. We love Halloween and going around to haunted houses. I would recommend checking this place out. Not recommended for smaller children. We did take 3 12 year olds with us and they did ok."
