"I think they are out of business. The last review is from a year ago and I've emailed them 3 times this week, and have yet to still get a response."

"Unfortunately I have to say that this place has one of poorest costumer services I've ever dealt with. First off, they don't return calls, it took me days to get in contact with them. I emailed them and they claimed they called me 'several times '... No record of missed calls or voicemails left. Well, I let it pass, finally the lady calls me and I confirmed I wanted to rent their facility for a certain day. I asked if I can pay in 24hrs, she consents. I went on their website and it had a bug that wouldn't allow me to transact payments, so I wasn't able to pay. I paid 30 hours later using some external PayPal method. I then emailed this lady to ask some additional questions about the place and services, Iris by the way, and she says 'sorry that day is no longer available, another customer already paid the deposit today '. Not even a call? Not an email? Nothing??? Of course she justified her wrongdoing with 'everyone says they'll pay and they don't, so it's first paid first served '.... Remind you, I did the same with a magician we booked for the party, he took the payment 2 days after no problem. No one just drops you like that! It speaks a lot about personality and business practices. We'll, it turned out we got a way better venue at The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen. The lady there sent me a contract which I signed and keeps my reservation for up to 2 weeks, then expires and the room can be rented by someone else. This is the way to do business. Also, way cheaper too, $200 (for 50 people) for a studio whereas Castle Rock charges $350. I hope my review helps someone out there deciding to do something special for your loved ones. This is not the place, trust me."

"My daughter had a great time. However I think for the money I payed I feel it was more for the venue. The house was beautiful even though it was pretty muggy. Our party started at 3pm and the actors did not come down till 20 after. The one who was elsa sang beautifully and Anna did a great job. I was just kind of hoping for better quality in their costumes both outfits were really badly wrinkled and no make up or anything was applied for either one. I know this is not a disney experience I was just hoping for a bit more in character experience. So yes we all had a great time just I feel though for the money I spent on getting this for my daughter I think it wasn't up to par."

"Very nice place for birthday party for young children, girls dress up to be princesses and boys dress up to be super heroes. They decorate the place for you, a room for parents to sit and talk while children are playing, room for children to eat during birthday party, and a room for them to sing along with music video and the personnel (actress) that is acting as a princess singing to the children and leading the children in songs."
