"There are two stores that are generally opened in the arts center. The vintage shop and book store by visiting there is always awesome. I also enjoy the changing exhibitions as well as the community events."
"We love it our first time going inside it was so amazing. Great place to promote your businesses"
"I’m born and raised in DC. We need to let it be known we are not allowing ppl. to move into the city and take over everything. Some things but not everything."
"I initially came here for the Yelp 10 Year Birthday Bash in 2014 and recently returned to check it out outside of the hype of an event (GREAT event space by the way). I came on a Saturday afternoon with my buddy who I grab dinner with every Tuesday. It wasn't crowded, which was a nice change from our usual always crowded spots (La Colombe, Maketto, Potter's House). Parking is always easy to find and there's many tables, outlets, and free wifi in the actual art gallery in the front of the center. In the very table, you have Nurish, a restaurant/coffee shop that brews La Colombe coffee. Nurish has it's own seating area, but if you want window seating, go to the front of the center. The center also has a handful of boutique clothing shops. I walked away from the Anacostia Arts Center enjoying my experience and thinking it has a lot of potential."
