I have watched how instructors have gently guided new practitioners with modifications, helped with propping, and encouraged more experienced students to make the practice accessible to them. In my personal experience, I fractured my leg this fall, and was welcomed to practice on the floor and regularly provided a stool to make sure I could participate in a practice I love while in the recovery process. If you are worried about being able to “do” a class because of your limitations, know that at Yoga Sol you’ll be given an experience that is accesible and encouraged no matter what."
