"First experience here. Rated 4 stars only because the reflexologists were absolutely incredible! Our visit was today, 10/9/23. I purchased a Groupon for my husband and I as it’s our Anniversary. First of all, I presented our Groupon to receptionist when we checked in. Groupon asked it be presented upon check-in. Receptionist said, “I have to make sure you can use it - I have to check the codes on your voucher.” She wasn’t very welcoming. Made it a point to tell us before we even went back we cannot use anymore coupons since ours counted as two. Okay, no problem. The 1 1/2 hr sessions my husband and I had were absolute bliss! I actually hugged my reflexologist before I left. Tipped both of them accordingly - with cash. My husband stepped outside before me. Was very much insulted that the receptionist followed my husband outside to ask if he enjoyed his experience - followed by, “Do you want to leave a gratuity?” He answered, “My wife took care of them both - with cash.” To which she replied, “Oh, okay.” I mean, REALLY? Was that even necessary? I found it extremely rude. Especially since I tipped them both based on what our services would have been had we paid full price without a Groupon. Not cool. Not a great way to get repeat patrons."

"I like this place, especially when I got a great deal from Groupon! I came on a day when I needed self-care the most. It was supposed to be a 1 hour session where they first soak your feet in warm water while they massage pressure points in on your face, scalp and neck. I was told by the receptionist when I signed in and filled out forms that as I need the massage pressure to be harder or lighter, that I can tell my massage technician. I had asked for harder pressure on my scalp and neck - I asked several times but I found out later that my masseuse is brand new, a substitute on her first day! (Why would the business allow non/experienced staff work on clients??? I don't think she heard me much less understood me , as she was speaking Chinese to her peers. So I got 15 minutes of not effective neck and facial and scalp massage. The remaining time was focused on feet massage. It was average. The stone massage on the feet was done in only 3 minutes. So I'd say if you get deep discount for the service, it may be worth it if you had an experienced staff giving you the massage. Do not pay full price. Ask for better staff."
