"Took my mom there today, we were told to come at 3:30… we are regular customers go every 2-1/2 weeks leave good tips spend big money because we get designs…45 minutes later we are still waiting. Finally John said for my Mom to have a seat, then tried to pawn me off on the other lady who was given some man a pedicure, then that man said we need to learn how to wait just like everyone else, we had an appointment! 3:30, needless to say a big argument broke out almost a fight, name calling , racial remarks!! As regular customers we should have never been treated like that especially by a customer who will probably never come again, the owners should have told them to leave instead we walked out because a fight was brewing! Sorry John, you lost 3 regular great paying customers!"
