"Lovely clean school tucked in a professional campus. This newly renovated facility has been thoughtfully built with thought and care devoted to the teaching of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. It boasts a brand new seamless mat space with large windows bringing light in. Its men's and women's showers, changing cubicles, open lounge and sitting areas, and large screen TV at mat level are just some of the available amenities. I have known Mike for several years and every time we roll I learn something and have fun, he shares instruction duties with his son Jake, an excellent instructor in his own right. Can't recommend this new school enough, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is great exercise and better way of life.
