"If you want to be harassed by homeless people especially if you do not give money. This 7-11 should be ashamed to allow toxic behavior in front of their establishment. I will never go in here again after encountering this same homeless person 7 x. Get a trespassing letter from Fairfax County Police."

"The business has gone down hill over the last 2-3 months. Not sure if it has new ownership or not, but the management of the store has gone down drastically over the last few months. Observations - 1. No Cigarettes for sale today!!! Unbelievable that a 7-11 would not have cigarettes for sale. Was told it was a license issue and will not be available for 2 weeks; 2. No coffee cup covers for hot coffee cups. Have mentioned this to store personnel multiple times over the last month with no change. Are they trying to save money?; 3. Replenishment of the Cream machines for coffee is always an issue. Doesn't anyone check these for availability?; 4. Condiments (i.e., sauerkraut, onions, etc...) for hotdogs/burgers are always empty. Does nobody check these?; 5. Empty coffee syrup bottles (i.e. Hazelnut and Caramel syrups). Does nobody remove empty bottles and replenish them? In general, the business has really dropped over the last few months. Hopefully they can turn this around. This was my go-to store because of proximity, but with others close by, I have started going to these others instead."
