Regent Commons is primarily for single undergraduate students aged 17-24 and offers fully furnished apartment-style living with versatile floor plans. Residents can enjoy amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center, courtesy washers and dryers, and 24-hour security provided by the Regent University Police Department.
Living on campus at Regent University is a positive and safe experience, with community-building activities facilitated by Resident Assistants and bi-weekly Community Group meetings. Students are encouraged to embrace the opportunity to live as part of a greater community and engage in campus life activities.
To be eligible for on-campus housing, students must be enrolled full-time and taking the majority of their credit hours on campus. The housing agreement is for an entire academic year, with exceptions for graduating seniors and new incoming students.
Regent Commons is locked 24/7 and accessible by electronic key card, ensuring the safety and security of all residents. Pets are not allowed in student housing assignments, but service animals and emotional support animals are permitted for registered individuals.
Summer semester housing is available for undergraduate students enrolled in on-campus summer classes, working on campus, or participating in academic internships affiliated with Regent University. Non-traditional and graduate students may also make arrangements to remain in their housing assignments over the summer semester.
Residents may have guests of the same sex stay with them for up to three nights in a 30-day period, with a guest authorization form required for overnight stays. Payment of semester fees can be made on campus at the Business Office or online.
