"Ghetto as heck. Any previous reviews about staff having bad attitudes is 100% correct. Find something else to do if you don't know how to talk to people. Just angry and nasty for no reason, smh. Professors are subpar (I've attended university), & lesson plans are lackluster...overall you might have better luck at a different school altogether, but even if you choose TCC, don't pick this mediocre Norfolk campus."

"I tried this school online, It’s okay. But what was the worst experience is the Financial aid office. I’m still not able to get helped with my application, had to pay out of pocket because someone from that same office when I called said once they sent my app out, I would get refunded, just for them to leave it all alone. I went 3 times total to figure out what’s going on with it, One lady was very rude and was basically telling me i’m on my own and the other turned me away because it was her lunch break the other time. It’s ridiculous and very unprofessional. Would not recommend this school at all if you’re planning on getting FA. Very disappointed. I should’ve stayed at my last college."
