"Went to Rural King in Norton,VA because the one we go to in Morristown, Tennessee hasn't had their brand of dog food in for months. What a wonderful experience! We called first to find out what we should do. Staff was very friendly and informative. Ordered online to pickup at the store. It's was a whole new shopping experience for us!! Store was extremely clean and well stocked!! Staff was beyond friendly and helpful! We also found several good buys as their summer clothing was on clearance!
