"Good location. Don’t expect MUCH. Nasty rooms with visible poop on the floor as well as pubic hairs all in the bathroom sink and shower. I found A LITERAL HUMAN TOOTH on the nightstand. A paper under the phone with a date of 10/18/23 well over 3 months since it’s been wiped down properly."

"If you're gonna stay here, book a non-smoking room. The smoking section of the building smells like a nicotine laced landfill. Oh, and bed bugs and roaches. Yeah, I to swap rooms after I found two live bed bugs and more dead ones on and under the mattress. Talked to someone in a room down the hall and they showed me the roaches crawling around their room. If the room in the non-smoking building hadn't been so much nicer and cleaner, I would've slept on the bus despite the below freezing temperature."

"Very disappointed in this location. The room that we stayed at was pretty decent but when we went for breakfast that’s when the shock factor came to play. There was cereal, bread, small donuts that only fed four people, one package donut, SPOILED whole milk (which I tossed out so no one would get sick from drinking it), three different juices to drink and a coffee bar of which didn’t work. There was no hot breakfast or anyone at the counter to greet us. Definitely do not plan to come back to this hotel. They need to put it under new management. The entire place was cold inside and when we went into our room is was also cold and the heaters were off. There was also a towel left that had a brown spot and the showers looked grungy. We also asked for two sets of sheets and a blanket and only got one set. Definitely one of the worst experiences I have had in a very long time."
