"1/26/2024: Dined in this restaurant this evening, our waitress being Lindsay G. Her hair was in a ponytail with bubble braids and I just want to say it was the WORST. experience I have ever had at Da Vinci's restaurant. She was extremely rude when talking to my party and frequently she would check on other parties sitting right beside of us and completely ignore us. She would check on their tables as we sat with empty glasses, no napkins, incorrect food, and dirty silverware. Lindsay completely ruined my birthday dinner with her rudeness and inability to be a decent person or waitress."
"Went for the first time yesterday evening 8/19/23 my husband took me there for an early birthday dinner (you are closed on my birthday this year). The food was delicious. We got chicken parmigiana and calamari. The dining area was nice and relaxing not overly loud and the waitress was great and very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be going again! The only issue we had was finding the entrance. We parked in the back and it looked like that door was the entrance but once inside we quickly realized we were in the back of the restaurant. No big deal the front was easy to find just felt a little awkward walking through the restaurant."
"The date was 6-28-23 around 3-3:30. Very disappointed. They were recommended by locals. We had a difficult time finding the entrance. Lots of doors. Not one with any sign that said entrance. We finally found our way in. We stood at the host stand waiting to be seated while several employees completely ignored us. After they finished their chat, they seated us.The place was practically empty as it was between lunch and dinner. The whole place was dark. Hard to see where you were walking. We waited over 10 minutes before our server finally appeared. She only appeared after a gentleman clearing a table went back and told the server we were waiting. She acted surprised! Which surprised us as she was one of the chatters up front and clearly saw us being taken to the table. As we started to order, I wanted to have a baked potato instead of the twice baked potato and was told that there are no exchange of what is stated on the menu. What??? I had to order a baked potato as a side and pay extra. I asked the We should have left when we had to wait so long for us to receive service. She checked back on us once. We had to ask other workers for anything we needed. I tried to get her attention the few times she appeared. She completely ignored me and she wasn't 5 feet away. At least she has perfected that. I told her since I wasn't allowed to change to a baked potato, I didn't want the twice baked potato on my plate as I wanted to use that for my baked potato. After waiting way too long, she finally brought our food. Twice baked was on my plate! She forgot my baked potato and had to go back. I was grateful as it was the only decent food on my plate!! My husband had the Fettuccine and the ends of the pasta were dry, curled and brown! Bland sauce. I had liver and onions. Liver was undercooked and the onions were like mush. The mixed veggies were brown. It's a very uncomfortable place. The only thing worse than the food was the service. We took the leftovers just so we could throw them out! Highly unrecommended."
"This place has been a favorite for decades. It has grown, but still has the most delicious Italian food and friendliest service."
