"I thought the girl/owner done a wonderful job on my dog, he looked so good and was happy to get trimmed back up, he was a couple months past due for a haircut and he looked so very cute with his new doo but I have called and left messages and msgs trying to get an appointment but never heard back from her again? She had stated that I would need to leave msg on her voicemail bc she didn’t answer most of the time bc she was usually busy with the clients? So I don’t know what happened? I’m trying to find a new place again now."

"Taken our senior dog here a few times now and they do a great job when they’re there! 2 stars because I’ve made 2 different appointments in December and January, and they did not show up for either. I understand running a small business on your own is hard, but please consider your customers when having to close the shop unexpectedly. It is not convenient to fit this in around a work schedule AND to put a 14 year old dog in the car just for the place to be closed. Any type of notice is appreciated compared to showing up and finding the office closed with the doors locked and lights off with absolutely no prior notice. I’ve made calls to check-in and no answer. I really don’t like harping on small businesses but it’s an easy effort to notify your customers that you’ll have to reschedule."
