"Our first time at this movie theater and it didn't disappoint. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic customer service all movie long. The theater was clean and well kept. We will definitely be going to this theater more often."

"It was a nice experience. I took my nephew to see Freddy and it was a great movie. I enjoyed it. Tuesday is half off day. I never new that but now I know hello Tuesdays @ the movies here we come! The only reason I can not do a five is because my husband went out side to use his phone and the lady would not let him back in and I had bought the tickets on my phone so there is no stubs. But she wouldn't even let him back into the building. So he phoned me and I had to leave the movie and pull up the ticket on my phone and I showed the manger. So FYI don't leave the building with son sort of verification to allow reentry."

"We went to the theater right after it opened, and to our surprise, it was a mess. Popcorn was all over the place, the bathrooms were dirty with popcorn and toilet paper everywhere. The whole place looked old and run-down, and the theaters didn't smell too great. The arcade machines were half-broken, and we lost six tokens trying to use them. We wanted to get those unlimited popcorn buckets, but they had run out the day before or something. So, we ended up getting several medium-sized popcorns, but they were so salty that we had to throw them away. Usually, we go to the theaters near our home in Christiansburg, but the movie we wanted to see wasn't playing there until later. The New River Valley theater is usually great and comfy, but the one here in Roanoke was a letdown. Honestly, it seems like a management issue. Every employee we encountered was friendly and working hard, so it seems like they just don't have enough staff to keep the place in good shape."

"Probably the biggest theater in the area, they always have a good selection of movies. The theaters themselves are large, and the seats are comfortable. I've never had an issue with the cleanliness here either. There are some arcade games and claw machines in the lobby. Now, their selection of snacks could be better. The last 3 times I was there, they weren't serving any pretzels or basically anything other than candy and popcorn. They have the machines, so they must be out of order at the moment."
