"Pump 8 didn't stop and overflowed over my car and my shoes. I went inside to tell the shopkeepers, but they didn't seem to care and didn't do anything."

"Regularly went to this station and never had an issue although sometimes pumps wouldn’t work and had to pull to another one. But tonight changed that when their pump broke and the attendant attempted to extort money out of me! Tonight pump didn’t work and when I put the nozzle back into the cradle the ENTIRE HOSE disconnected from the pump and fell to the ground. I was alarmed and went inside to tell the attendant so it would not leak. He then attempted to extort money from me and said I had to pay $50 because I broke the pump. I assumed he was joking but he kept insisting and I realized he was serious! I told him I wasn’t going to pay because the pump clearly was broken or damaged already and he then told me I was lucky because it normally costs $300 and he was only asking for $50. He also told me that it didn’t matter if I wouldn’t pay because the security cameras saw what happened and they had video of me. This goes beyond simply bad customer service and is basically threatening behavior. Needless to say I will never be going here again. I would suggest you avoid it too."
