"During my recent visit with my parents, we encountered a situation that left us quite disappointed. When we approached the bank teller for assistance, we were met with rudeness and a complete lack of understanding for our situation. My parents don't speak English fluently, and I was trying to help them communicate by translating. However, instead of offering assistance or showing patience, Chevy raised her voice and refused to engage with us. This behavior is unacceptable in any customer service role, and it's disheartening to see such rudeness and, seemingly, racism. It's essential for businesses to ensure that their employees treat all customers with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background or language proficiency. I hope the bank takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly to ensure a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all its customers in the future."
