I understand that this is a family owned business and we appreciate the opportunity to rectify this situation. Will return with an edited review after receiving the revised hoodie. Received our hoodies for our young kids and the design was placed on the back when the photo and description showed design on the front. Excuse was “design didn’t fit on front” but they created the design. Why couldn’t the design you created be fit to size as needed? The worst part of it all was the design was changed and not communicated before production. Now we have blank front hoodies. Not even a small top corner logo on the front. Extremely disappointed especially for the amount of orders. Will never use this company again."
