"Poor customer service skills today during my print pick up around 2:40pm. The young lady was on her personal phone and made me feel as if I’d inconvenienced her. She obtained my prints and just handed them to me without a word and walked off."
"I have returned 40-50 ink cartages, at different times, and every time I go back to get the discount they say i need to wait a few more days. I go back they say a few more days. I go back and they say I waited too long and the points are gone. I try to sign on to the web page and it says my email is not in the system please make an account. I go thorough all the info and try to finish and it says I cant because my email is already in the system."
"Worse printing experience. There folder machine wasn't working. Clearly I have no use for unfolded brochures, why not call me so I can send my stuff to another store? People were just careless and the sucking of the chic fil a straw while talking to me is damn disgusting and rude. I'll use Staples from now on."
"Store is very clean. Shelves stocked well with prices clearly marked. However I went to check out and no cashier to be seen. After awhile one finally appeared, poping shipping bubbles which was super annoying but I just needed to give my money and be on my way which was done. Employees aren't the most friendly in the world but they get the job done."
