"Aside from the cashiers, nothing positive to write here. After shoving 2 self checkout registers between the 2 existing registers after remodeling, the staff is non-existent! Shopping carts in parking lot, no leadership on the floor on a busy Saturday, can’t imagine how the only cashier can feel good about the employer. No leadership and it shows. Not what you’d expect in Short Pump even at a $1 and TWENTY FIVE CENTS store. There is no more effective way to show your respect and appreciation for a knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient cashier than to shove 2 self service registers in the adjacent space for untrained customers to utilize!"
