"Recently, we went to Office Max next to JoAnne's for laminating. We had 2 very special items. One was a large paper elf my Granddaughter did in Kindergarten with the 5 things she wanted from Santa that year....she turned 16 this week. We hang it up every year and it needed lamination for its future use. The next item was a long string of paper teddy bears that my daughter and I did about 40 years ago. We put them on the fireplace mantle every year, but they had become too tattered to use...they were in pretty bad shape. Alexander helped us. He explained the difficulties and possible complications. When we explained how precious these items were, he became very engaged and offered ways it could be accomplished in an acceptable manner. In fact, I believe he did the work himself. We are THRILLED with the results, which will allow us to use these items at Christmas for years to come. Alexander was INCREDIBLE and we owe him a debt of gratitude. It is uncommon to receive this type of customer service these days and he deserves special recognition. Thank you Alexander!!!!"

"I am about the least tech person on earth myself , but that's why I need help when I go there for printing etc . This was my second or third time going to this location. I don't know why I went there . Today the first employee helped me print 4 images from my phone and it was fairly uneventful . One of the images was a form that needed to be filled out then all 4 images had to be faxed . It was a fairly important thing . He said someone would help me . No one was there to help me . I tried several times to do it on my own . The only employee left in printing by that time had a line of people . I waited and was standing at the counter when all of them were gone . She said nothing to me and carried some things to the back of the printing area . I decided to leave and didn't finish what I set out to do ."
