"Dirty bathrooms, always super crowded and just a big monthly payment for shakes I don't drink, food I don't eat, for sure don't need my nails done. Just not worth the expensive, monthly payment so I ended my membership."
"Had the worst experience with Uzair today. He is stated he is the manager but today he lost more than 10 membership due to unprofessional and rude attitude. I really like the facility and been with them for more than 3 years but can’t accept this kind of service."
"Let me just say, I had a family membership. Main workout floor: Husband loves weights but it's always packed after work hours and did not want to compete with teens trying to show off to a bunch of girls... Classes: classes were fantastic - favs were barbell, HIIT, cycling, and some of the yoga offerings. The only issue I had was the popular classes were only scheduled around 10am and 530pm. If you have a family, classes were hard to get to and ended up with hangry kids by leaving them in kids academy. Everything ends up being packed so if you didn't plan on signing up for class either, you won't get a spot as all the classes require you to preregister before class. Aquatics: 10 stars, but they really need to retain their swim coaches. We rotated through 7 different teachers and could not progress very well overall due to the teachers not knowing where the kids were in progression and just kept repeating. Otherwise when they did have a great teacher they were stellar. Locker rooms: hit and miss... Men's locker rooms I hear are just smelly and not very well maintained. Women's is kept pretty well. Family on the other hand is terrible. Not that it's all LTs fault, but the families leave towels everywhere and should clean up after themselves too. Kids academy: first year into our membership they were fantastic. No issues with staff, run super well. This past year, I've noticed the staff do not step in for issues w the kids. Classes we sign up the kids for are cancelled last minute and kids just have free play. Same for parents night out. There's themes on the app and I specifically sign up for the ones that seem like fun, but my kids say it's just normal Kids academy with free play. Barely anything themed was done. Cafe: only half the food is decent. The cafe manager has a serious pretentious attitude with the customers, even to the extent of arguing what they ordered is wrong. It's sad to say I've avoided her on purpose many times as she keeps entering the order incorrectly. Workspace: it's pretty zen and decent place to work. Some people squat in the phone rooms, but other than that this has to be the best place in the entire gym. Chiropractor: I tried to book an appointment, they had a new doctor coming in and they wouldn't take patients that wanted to utilize insurance. Overall it's is a great place geared towards moms with kids. But way over priced as they keep hiking the fees every year."
"I went to this certain lifetime location for the first time the other day. The front desk girl (Sammy) was so kind and helpful. I appreciated the time she took to answer any questions I had. The locker rooms were very nice compared to other locations, and the gym floor it self is pretty big. Was a great experience and hopefully I will transfer my location!"
"Not what it used to be a few years ago. Too many people, gets crowded, way too many classes that take up space, machines, and racks at the busiest times, and newer/younger staff is lazy and mannerless. And not to much the rates are going up every year but I don't see many upgrades or changes. The new racks this year were nice but charging all your members $20-40 bucks more per month should cover more than just those racks."
