"I recently had a disappointing experience with the new GM at this gym. I brought a friend along as a guest, and instead of offering the Free pass that they have on Onelife Fitness website, the GM attempted to persuade my friend to sign up as a member with us for a one-day free trial. This approach felt insincere, especially considering the gym typically offers free passes to all visitors. What frustrated me even more was the GM's attitude when I questioned this policy. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, she seemed dismissive, merely citing company protocol without truly listening. This lack of empathy and customer-centricity was a stark departure from the service I had come to expect after six years of membership. Regrettably, this incident led me to cancel my membership. It's disappointing to see such a decline in customer service standards at this gym."

"The other day I overheard a staff member telling a gym goer he is not allowed to "drop" or "slam" weights. It was pretty obvious this person has never lifted a 50lb dumbbell before because if she had she would know better. The person lifting didnt do anything dangerous. It was really excessive and unnecessary. I think they are pushing for a Planet Fitness type environment now? Quite confusing and disappointing. It was not a nice sight to witness. The gym itself is not bad but the new management is not that great. If you're traveling to come to this gym I would think twice. Its good if you're really local."

"Ever since the new manger took over this gym is not the same as before. Your not suppose to drop weight seriously. This place sucks i feel if you have that policy i rather stay at planet fitness is $20 dollars less and at least management is better"

"The gym is nice if you're going to stay for years. However they are a hassle to cancel and never answer their cancellation emails so they can keep charging you. I did the cancellation form twice during the summer (July and August) and have still not gotten a response back from them. This is one of the worst gyms I have been too with a terrible cancellation policy. They only want to make money and don't care about reasons for needed to cancel. Even then the reasons are up to them on if they will allow you to cancel or not."

"Onelife Heritage delivers the absolute best in instruction, programs, and staff courtesy! The range of programs andexceptional level of instruction, with the affordable membership cost pushes this club over the top for me and my family. I commend the staff for their great work here all around, to include incorporating member's feedback. I have noticed wonderful improvements, most notably in club cleanliness and maintenance."
