"I have purchased over a dozen records from this location and always had a good experience. However, not today. I went into the store to pick up a record I had special ordered. I went to the front counter and said I was there to pick up a special order. The OWNER, yes the OWNER, then closed his eyes and rubbed his temples like he was trying to "read my mind", instead of SIMPLY ASKING ME EITHER MY LAST NAME OR THE NAME OF THE ALBUM. Saying.. we have a lot of orders...Should i guess? It was extremely rude and condescending. My thought was that if I had asked to pick up a specific record, he would have assumed I was referring to inventory within the store. I could have ordered the record from multiple other sources, but I chose to support my local record store. I live at the Oceanfront, but I'll be making a drive to Birdland for my next vinyl purchase."

"I’ve purchased quite a few vinyls from here. They always have good choices on music that I can’t find other places! I like their vibe and the two guys working there were also so kind and helpful! A few weeks ago my bf and I decided we no longer were going to continue our vinyl collection so I reached out to Vinyl Daze to see if they wanted to buy some of our records. I dropped off my records the evening before and the next morning I got a call to come down and talk about my offer! I was able to negotiate with them and they ended up taking all 25+ records I brought in! I walked away happy with the price!"
