We went with her recommendation, and we got the process started right away. Tiffany was very good at making accommodations to get us through the process as quickly as possible. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I really like that they have a very easy way to submit documents, securely, and you can track what you have submitted and when, which if you have ever been through this process, is extremely helpful. We closed just in time to use the money exactly as we intended, and Tiffany made sure we made it through the whole process.
