"Bayport is my mortgage lender. Recently I have experienced unimaginable hardship in my financial situation. From my losing my husband to cancer, covid, not being able to work to my son being diagnosed with stage Lymphoma. I applied for the Virginia Mortgage Relief program in January and was found fully eligible the end of February. This program has been ready to reinstate my loan since March. I have talked to loss mitigation and the foreclosure department. Both giving me information on who the VMRP should forward documents to. We are in June and the lender has yet to respond. I have emailed the Virginia outreach program and the governor's office pertaining to this matter. One of the agents at the VMRP even suggested that the lender is dragging this out to take my property. I responded that is absurd. Why wouldn't they want to resolve this matter. Now the past due balance is in collections and they are preceding with foreclosure. I'm not understanding. The government put a program in place for people that are in hardship and lenders like Bayport are not cooperating? Just doesn't make sense. Meanwhile I am still seeking help to resolve this matter. I drafted an email to send to Bobby Scott along with this review. The payment department at VMRP is ready to remit payment for this past due balance, including any reinstatement fees. I am eligible for up to 40,000 and the balance is about 7,500. So what is the issue?"
"Awesome customer service. I might open a savings account"
"Not good at all, no one was in the front. I knocked on the door inside of the building, no one answered, I could hear the young lady in the back talking about kids and people. Still she didn't answer me calling out. I left the building, guess this wasn't the place for me."
