"Delivered a doordash order did not realize there was one way in and one way out since I had never been to this location before. Was met outside by a very rude employee Angela who immediately started being nasty to me. I tried to explain to her when she was fussing at me to move my vehicle that I could not get past the car that was in front of me she immediately started yelling and cursing at me. I asked her politely not to talk to me that way Iam only trying to deliver an order. She tried to say I was the one disrespecting, I said if letting you know that I cant get past the car that is parked in front of me disrespectful than I would hate to see what you would do if someone was really disrespecting you. I told her u immediately came out of the office yelling at me to move you didnt know if I was a customer or what I was doing. She said like I told u get ur A out of the Care and walk ur A in the building. Angela is very very nasty I would never ever purchase a car from there not the way she stood there Yelling and cursing and using all kinds of foul language Angela has serious issues that needs corrected. On the serious side the way Angela was acting she may need some Mental Help. Poor young women who ordered the food came out to apologize to me as she was apologizing Angela walks back over starts yelling and cursing telling her not to apologize to me and started cursing again Kiana even turned around asking her to please stop not once but 4 times. Angela then went over talking to the customers along with the black gentlemen who was standing there cheering as if he was watching a show down I believe he also worked there instead of laughing at what Angela was doing he should have helped diffuse the situation. It didnt stop Angela then started telling them I said something I didn't and asking another women have u ever seen me go off like that the women agreed with her but looked scared of her when Angela walked away the women by the yellow car asked me now what really happened I told her she said yep her. I dont believe for one mt Angela has never done that before, she was to comfortable doing what she was doing not to have ever behaved that way. An older gentleman can out trying to settle her down she still continued again I have it all recorded. The Owner answered my review he was very nice helping me back out, not sure why he doesnt think my review is fair. What I posted is exactly what happened. However he may have a great lot let me not say he doesnt I just would never have Angela help me in anyway."

"A&G Auto Sales had 6 photos of a Jaguar posted on their site. I called and spoke with a sales rep and asked her a few questions about the vehicle's condition. Specifically, was everything in working order as it should be. Her response was YES. I told her I was 4 hours North of VA Bch and would need to drive down to see the car. A&G Auto agreed to take addition photos and send them to me, which I received. However, their selection of photos omitted the obvious flaws I noticed as soon as I walked up to the vehicle. The paint had oxidized mainly on the roof but other areas of the car showed oxidation as well. In one spot on the roof over the passenger's side door, there was a rust mark. The driver's side door handle was all stained. I didn't even want to touch it to close the door. The driver's seat didn't go up all the way. The bracket on the trunk lid that lights up the license plate was broken off. At this point, I was so disappointed that these items hadn't been disclosed before I made an 8 hour round trip drive. The sales rep handed me the keys to take a test drive and I said, "There's no need for that." She asked why and I pointed out the items I mentioned, and her response was "Its due to the age of the vehicle." The vehicle is only 14 years old and there were many other vehicles on their lot older than 14 years that were in better condition. I wrote an email to the sales rep and A&G Auto manager and received a response from him saying the salesperson is a good person and wouldn't intentionally hide anything and he apologized for the misunderstanding. She may not have intentionally hidden anything from me but she didn't tell me the entire truth either, and, there was no misunderstanding. My response to A&G Auto was "Be honest with your customers. It's the least you can do." It's what customers expect."

"The sales manager, Costas, and saleswoman, Angela were amazing throughout the car buying process. I was hesitant buying an older vehicle, but their transparency put me at ease! Costas without hesitation showed us the vehicle history reports to explain questions we had, and they had fair negotiation on the price.
