"Need storage for 2days long and they wanted to charge me $212.00 for those two day a whole monthly fee, I asked if I could pay a daily fee for those 2 day. NO and don’t think about not paying or we will put it on your credit report…..That is not a response that should have been made unprofessional…. Needless to say, I contacted my realtor and we pushed up the settlement by begging by two days so I wouldn’t have to pay their extortion fees. at 58 years old, I was made to feel like I was a worthless human being."

"We had various storage units while my elderly parents went from their regular home, to independent living at Sunnyside, to Assisted Living at Sunnyside, to Health Care at Sunnyside, to their deaths in 2018 and 2020. This was about a 7-year process. We had a climate controlled unit for most of that time, as well as varying other units. I felt very good about security and that Mom & Dad's possessions were safe during this time; I finally cleared out the last unit in April 2022. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was kind of sad when I said goodbye to the storage unit for the last time! I gave them four stars - this might not be fair because I don't know what other places charged, but it seemed kind of expensive to me."

There was plenty of space for me to maneuver a uhaul truck to my specific locker location around back. They had a dolly with wheels available which made moving heavy furniture in SO much easier. Units are clean, lit, and there appropriate driving space for 2 vehicles in between the units. I had zero problems, I would recommend and return myself if the need arises."
