"This location has a fly problem. I don't eat food from there. Fly fecal material all over the ceiling and fixtures above the kitchen. I tried contacting like you asked 5 days ago, but no one responded. Says a lot."

"Extremely disappointed. Every time my daughter and/or I order hot chocolate, it is either cold or watered down. We went back once for a replacement, and there really wasn't any difference. We have spent $20.00 or more on hot chocolate, and every time is still the same. I am now going to the Sheetz on 798 East Market Street, and the hot chocolate is always delicious there. I am not sure why this is such a problem, but it continues."

"I’ve been to this Sheetz location a few times for the “fast” food they sell. I feel like they try to promote that their food is made fast and quick but I feel that it is mediocre and average, comparing it to McDonald’s, McDonald’s is way faster. Sheetz service is flawed despite the customers waiting. The curly fries are delicious, and crisp. Their fries are unique because I haven’t really tried anything like it before so they are definitely doing something different. Chicken is also seasoned correctly and crisply cooked — a beautiful light brown color."

"Definitely not up to par, even to other Sheetz. Restrooms okay not great, not clean. The trash was overflowing, long lines for food and paying. The woman who made my sandwich was curt but efficient.. I normally love my mto's but the sandwich just didn't settle me today, seems like their portions have gotten smaller as well. Even the parking lot seems pretty dirty. Just not up to my standards having been to at least four or five other Sheetz."
