"I am not the type of person to leave reviews. I have been coming to Orchid nail salon for a few years now. I have been to a few other nail salons and they do awesome work but I will say this has been the BEST out of them all. I am always happy with my nails and how long they last. The salon and all the nail techs are very welcoming. I highly recommend this salon!"

"I went in today for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. It was an older lady that took me and since I walked in she was being so rude. Throwing things at me and only handed me one color pallet. All I asked her was if there was a milky white in the nail polish, she raised her voice at me at said no only acrylic 100$ 100$ I said you don’t have to be rude I just asked a question. I picked a color and it was a bit to bright for me so I asked to switch the color way before she started on my toes and she again yelled and was extremely rude. She also did my eyebrows and messed them up so bad and it’s my birthday. When I told her I was unsatisfied with my eyebrows she again yelled at me, told me, my eyebrows are fine, and also told me that I was being a problem to her. She also stated that she was the owner. I spend my money in here all the time and this was the first time that I had an issue. That lady doesn’t need to be around if she is going to treat customers that’s paying a lot of money like that."
