"I was recommended this place to get a massage...so I paid for a 1 hr massage..just getting off work I try to rush there but it's traffic told the lady and she said ok I get there I know it's late so I ask to reschedule for the inconvenience and she told me no and I also couldn't get my money back..but wanted to offer me a 30 min massage but clearly on the website they said that I could reschedule or get a refund but this lady told me no. NO THANKS"

"Fabulous spa. They put a lot of effort into extra touches for Valentine’s Day, with balloons filling the ceiling of every room and a beautiful balloon heart arch in the front. Our masseuses were very attentive to the areas we wanted focused on and gave a lovely massage. Very professional, very clean, hidden gem in a random shopping strip! You must try it!"
