"Great shop! I just moved back to Va and needed to find a nail shop. I chose this shop because of their interior decor. It really does make a difference. The shop has a very calm and refreshing environment. They make everyone old and new alike feel welcome. I most definitely have a favorite nail tech but they all do a very good job! I really love how they’re able to draw custom designs. They all have really steady hands and do really good custom designs. I will never go back to the diamonds!"

"One thousand percent will be back! First of all, I was taken as a walk-in even though they are so busy! And I am extremely grateful! Second, my nail lady was Van, she is very sweet, attentive and honest! They will tell you if they are busy so you don't waste time waiting around unlike other salons that say "20 mins" but you wait for an hour! Love transparency! The holiday time is crazy in the nail world I guess because this place was popping and the three ladies working were doing a great job! My nails came out PERFECT! I had Ta she was excellent at designing my nails and gave me such a great experience i gave her an idea of what I was looking for and she made it her own she was very nice and I enjoyed being in this salon. "Nail Ink is a welcoming and clean nail salon. Way is very kind and runs a great shop. Van, however, is just amazing with her craft. In all the years I've gotten my nails done, I've never found a technician that I've made a point of returning to time after time. I do with Van. I make appointments because I know that she will do her best work every time. She's fun to talk to as well. I truly recommend visiting Nail Ink."
