"Update: My last visit with Tina was subpar, if that. She went overboard shaping two of my nails with zero continuity of shape. She laid down the acrylic so thick and lumpy. I am so disappointed in the service lately. The thing is, she knew she was doing a very sloppy job that evening. I had to go to another salon tonight for a fill and to fix the job Tina did. This was my second visit to this salon. My first time I had a gel pedicure. Today, I removed my liquid gel overlay to get a gel manicure and pedicure. Tina did my services both times. Each time, she pays attention to detail and takes her time. She’s thorough but not slow. The salon has a plethora of colors to select from, too!"

"Update: When I first started coming here everything thing was great. But then gradually service started going down hill to the point I don't think some of the new staff are certified. Since I come here often and get the same pedicure every time..I know the routine. TODAY WAS HORRIBLE!!! No file or nail trim, I had to request cuticle removal, staff was afraid to apply pressure when removing dead skin. Basic everything was just backwards..just wrong. Only thing different from when I walked in is the nail color! Below is the hot towel "wrap". I'm so disappointed. Amy, Dee dee, Cee Cee I'm sorry but I won't be back."

"Me and my daughter went yesterday to get our nails done 11/20 and the lady did her nails and they are good .. the guy did mine n my are different size some bigger then others and I paid 100 for our nails .. 45 for her nails n 55 for mins .. I have always like going there n been going there for awhile but im over the uneven nails n not listening to what color I want .. I say sliver on ring finger n he put sprinkles sliver .. smh I think im finding a new nail place this why I don’t get my nails done no more like I use to .. cause they are never right or how I like them .. so if anyone can point me in the direction to a new nail shop that’s not over price would be great"

"I have been going to cece nails for years and love going. I even drive from Franklin to them but yesterday was the worst I have ever had. The man in station #7 did a wonderful job on color n cut but i was hurt during the time I was there on 3-19-23 @4pm. I pulled my hand and said owww. My child was sitting right next 2 me and my nails hurt due to not 1 cut but 4 cuts on different nails. I will not be letting him do my nails ever again. Pic below the redness is where the cuts are and hurt when I wash my hands uggh painful!!"
