"My daughter came in to get acrylic nails removed and a manicure. Three technicians worked on her. The first ripped the acrylics off, no soaking or filing. The second technician shaped and trimmed cuticles. The third technician painted. She was passed between 3 people just to accumulate tips and all three did a lazy half a$$ job. Her nails are now damaged and look terrible. We will NEVER return here again!"

"I decided to try a new salon that was more updated and I’m so glad I did! Very friendly! Fast, efficient and great at doing designs upon request. My appointment was at 3:30 and I was seated immediately and finished at 4pm with a custom design that Lynn did exactly like the picture I showed her with no problem! I will be back for sure"

"I’m shocked at how bad this salon was. I got there and they sat me quickly for a manicure, which was awesome, but it went downhill from there. I showed the lady who was going to be doing my nails what I wanted (a milky white color) and she looked at it, said nothing, and went and grabbed the gel polish options. She didn’t say “no” or that they couldn’t do it or even having someone else let me know they could do it. Okay, that’s a bit frustrating, but fine. I found a color as close as I could to my inspo picture, but it wasn’t going to be quite what I wanted. She shaped my nails well, but didn’t make sure I was fine with the shape of them, in fact she didn’t talk to me at all the entire time. At the end I paid and tipped like normal and all was well. My appointment ended around 6:15p and by 8:30p they had already began chipping and by 9:00p they were coming off in entire pieces. They didn’t even last 3 hours - gel polish. I have never had anything like this happen before. I had high hopes since the reviews were so good and strayed from my usual salon, but I definitely don’t recommend this salon to anyone who wants their manicure to last more than a couple of hours."
