"I have 15 years of experience getting my nails done at a salon. I know what good shape and polishing looks like. I got an Awful dip manicure here. The very same day the gel top coat they applied started peeling off. The nails were not curved or filed to a natural nail shape, in fact they look like duck bills, very flat. The top coat did NOT cover the entire nail. The dip was over or on the cuticle. My natural nail was filed too narrow. This manicure looked far from natural. Prices are lower but you get what you pay for. The photo is after two weeks but the chipped polish was the same day."

"First time here today 11:15am. Bringing my daughter in for a full set & I just needed a reshape & color. My daughter’s nails came out wonderful however, a white lady came right in and jumped in front of us. When I brought it to a technicians attention she informed me it was because she was just getting a fill which was less services then a full set. If that’s the case then she would have went before my daughter only. Not me… who was just there for a nail reshape & color. I didn’t even receive services. I signed us both in (diamond & Nikki) and only I was forgot about all together because the more people came in the more went in front of me. I wasn’t even acknowledged. We are new to the area trying to find a nail place to call home but that’s ok. We won’t be back. Thank you to the lovely tech with the glasses in the front by the wall. Good job"

"I have been going to L.V. Nails for years, and you know you only go back to a business if you had a great experience. This time I got my spa pedicure (first of season). Mr. Ken did the pedicure and it was so relaxing with the special relaxing video and music. Mr. Ken was so gentle and meticulous, and the outcome was fantastic. I also got a gel fill and cut down with Alisa. She is the type of technician that is gentle and also seeks your happiness. She has done my nails for years and she knows me so well that she will recommend a color and I am always ecstatic with the out come. They have so many colors and techniques to choose from it is great that my technician knows what I like, and what is in style... A GREAT PLACE TO GO. KL"

"Great shop. Busy, had a decent wait for a walk in, but totally worth it! Decor is relaxing, shop is well organized, and techs are very talented! Best part was knowing they cared the most about making sure I got exactly what I asked for - when my original technician wasn't sure they were getting the design right they went and got someone who could do it and it turned out great! I wasn't unhappy with their work; THEY decided they didn't think it looked right and went for advice. I very much appreciate the value of getting my nails done RIGHT and not just quickly or by someone who doesn't want to admit they need help. We've probably all been somewhere that insisted we were wrong or where we felt pressured to accept less than stellar work so I was VERY happy to see them working hard to get it just like the inspo pic without me even saying a word. I loved the service and the results. Definitely worth it - decent pricing too!"

"I see Sunny for an acrylic fill and design every three weeks. She is AMAZING! My nails always look gorgeous! She is incredibly talented! She can do anything from a simple single color set to intricate designs. She is very conscientious about what her customer wants and checks in throughout the process to ensure you’re happy with shape, color, design, etc. She is quick and my nails are durable and strong! Never had a break! Additionally, everyone at the shop is so kind and welcoming!"
