"They are located where the address says they are, the people that work at the store was unable to tell me the address. When I was told where it was located.. it was still the wrong place! It took me talking to 3 people to get to the proper location of a store. And when I got there, the merchandise was over priced.."

"I came in here on a Saturday night and found a fabric on clearance. The store was clean but I only saw two employees, Ashley and Megan. They were slammed, but running both the register and cutting counter seamlessly. They didn't let their stress show and both were polite and professional. Please hire more help so you don't burn out the good ones!"

"Store was very clean and at checkout the staff was great. I was buying a gift for someone so I knew nothing about what I was buying. You could have some staff available for questions there was only 1 girl I saw and she was too busy so I figured it out. Very expensive but had great coupons on app . A small roll bag that only holds crochet needles was $30. I also bought 2 other bags (small) for same purpose 3 bags were over $120 I ended up luckily having discounts for first time buyers but I still spent $89 ON THEM. Seemed to be a good quality though so overall good experience"

"I could spend hours collecting fabrics! This store has cotton on the racks again after months of Covid-related scarcity. It's so good to see the beautiful colors and textures again. Holiday fabrics are in too. Staff was pleasant, minimal wait for cutting and they even had elastic cord."
