"This place is hot garbage. I explained everything to them but they still pulled my credit knowing they wouldn't give me a loan. They explained if I had a cosigner everything would be fine but didn't mention until after the fact that they had to be in state to sign regardless of them being family. There are hundreds of other places for a personal loan. Avoid this place like it's covid. Edit: I'm not calling your hotline to explain how your uneducated, untrained, and unethical employees operate your facility unprofessionally. This is a direct reflection of your company as a whole. Improving my financial situation literally has nothing to do with the horrendous state of this business. You should probably send a regional manager to this place to retrain or rehire the entire staff. Absolutely deplorable."
