"Knowledgeable about units but poor customer support when it comes to actually getting parts. Ordered replacement parts for an Athena Steam Shower on 11/14/22 and still have not received them. Items were supposed to be on shipped same day based on who I spoke to. I have inquired twice about when the in-stock products would be shipped, and each time the person on the phone says “items are going to be shipped out today ma’am”. Clearly the right hand, is not talking to the left. If there was another vendor, I would have cancelled my order with Luxury Bath Supply because of this disappointing service."
"Horrible time with this company; ordered 3 person outdoor sauna in April and didn't receive it till almost end of June. Took 4 hours to assemble with poor instruction manual. Manual doesn't specify what size circuit breaker it needs to run on. I've had to make several calls to complany and they still haven't fixed it. And they've ignored my requests for partial refund or credits for all the inconveniences. Time is money. First, Called company and they said all their saunas run on 20 amp or 30 amp. We plugged in with it running from our 20 amp breaker, and it worked for 20 minutes then overheated and died! We called back, second call now; and they took a long time and they decided that we needed to replace the control box and control board. Took over a week to get the parts. In meantime, we paid another $1200 to electrician to install a separate 30amp breaker for it to run on. We got parts and my electrician installed it, and he told me it wouldn't solve the problem as he could clearly see that the fuse was blown and that it was a 25 amp fuse. Fuse would not reset because it's obviously blown. Called the company again to explain and they still insist that the 2 new parts should solve the problem, and didn't understand that none of it will operate on a blown fuse. They also said they don't make the fuses. Very frustrating - don't buy from this companay."
