"Rude and weird. I asked for a 5 qt pail and the guy advised I would have to pay for it, so confused I’m like errr well this is a store of course I’m going to pay for it. Then they charged me $14 for acetone which was marked on the shelf as 12.49 and I pointed this out saying they should honor it and the other guy was rude and back chatted me. Honestly I will stick to my local stores in Williamsburg: I am a professional painter and these dudes were not."
"First time at S-W in Downtown RVA. It was a pleasant experience like my other trips to S-W stores in other states. Friendly, prompt staff and a good selection (considering the times). I did both an on-line order and shopped in the store. Both experiences were easy. I was happy to be able to order the paint on-line as it helped me get out faster."
