"I have packages that aren't delivered with no slip to pick it up from the post office. My mailbox gets packages and mail crammed into it, leaving it hanging out, and it's difficult to get out without tearing the package. I am absolutely baffled at the treatment of my mail. When I go to the post office, they seem nice, I just do not understand the lack of care and respect for our mail."
