"I came by here after work to get a powder dip fill and pedicure and the experience was phenomenal. Sandy did my pedicure, which I did the Green Tea Organic Spa and it was worth the price!!! Sandy massaged my feet and calves with oil, lotion and hot stone while my feet were soaking in paraffin. It felt absolutely amazing, especially after a long day on my feet. At the same time, Sammy was filling my nails and shaping them flawlessly. Not only did it look like a new set but she even free handed a cool spider web design on my ring fingers for Halloween!! I’m definitely coming back. I moved near here not too long ago and just found my new nail salon. Thank you Sandy and Sammy"

"Update: I really wanted to give them one last try. Big mistake. I went today. Got a French manicure and a new set. They look like a toddler polished them. Acrylic bits all over the back of my nails. I’m actually embarrassed by these nails. $65 later. Plus I was seated with a dirty towel at the station and an old cup of coffee right next to me. The owners clearly don’t read the reviews or just don’t care. I have been going here religiously for about two years. It’s been hit or miss here and there but for the most part I’ve had great experiences. I went in April and got my acrylic nails filled and ended up with a massive finger infection. The nail tech pulled cuticle clippers out of a drawer to clip my cuticles with and then put them back. I decided to give it another try this past weekend. I got a manicure and a pedicure. There was quite a wait as there does not seem to be as much staff as there used to be before. It seemed very chaotic, and not very well run anymore. I was left to sit with my feet in cold water for about 20 minutes before anyone came over to actually start my pedicure. The pedicure itself was OK. The one I chose said it came with a 23 or 25 minute foot massage. My feet were barely gently rubbed for about 10 minutes. The polish job on my toes was subpar. I also got a full set put on and the nail tech spent more time on her phone and speaking to the other employees than she did doing my nails. Not even a week later, my nails are starting to lift and look awful. I have not done anything out of the ordinary with my nails, so there’s no reason why I should need to fill after one week. I think it’s time to find a new nail salon, and I can no longer recommend Grand Nail Spa 2."
