"Retired and have started painting for the first time. Christian is very professional, and prompt with answers to questions. I have purchased 13 gallons of paint, brushes, caulk, sandpaper, and rollers. This is not the closest store but it’s worth it. Will be going back, I’m sure"

"The young man here purposely sold me a product in a defective can and purposely set it on the counter so thalt I wouldnt see it! Don't go to Sherwin Williams.. The young man refused to replce it and was rude. The price of this terrible experience I hope will cost them because I am a senior on limited resources! Fire Sherwin Williams! I was made to put a Star but they don't deserve a star!"

"Terrible customer service. I was in need of a paint sample in flat, but I was informed their samples only come in a satin finish. I ordered a quart instead so I could get the color I was considering in flat. The guy on the phone took my order and charged my card. Upon pickup, I learned the quart was satin. When the store was confronted about the error they said they were out of flat so the filled it with satin instead. Since they mixed the paint already, they were not going to refund my money (even though they never informed us they were out of flat). So they stole my money even though they made the mistake. There are plenty of other places to purchase paint within a mile of this location, and I’ll never be back."
