"I went in to buy a helmet and the staff were all friendly and making conversation as they helped me. They swapped the Bluetooth communicator from my old helmet into the new one. The helmet was on sale so it was a great price."
"Text requested review* I was very disappointed to call from Newport News checking to see if a visor was in stock and the representative in formed me he was 'working on a tire' but could call me back later. I escalated the concern to Manager Tae (spelling?) When he called be back almost an hour later and he provided a discount on the items I was looking for. This was my second experience with this location and it was even worse than my first. Great products but do not expect great service."

"Clothing selection (t-shirts and hoodies) was small for the holiday season. I was greeted and offered assistance from staff. Over all great customer service but small selection of regular clothing apparel vs riding apparel for the holidays. My star rating was based on customer service not merchandise selection. Sure I could shop on line but wanted to see sizes in person."
