The sales rep (Matt) was nice and easy to get a hold of. He was spot on with his flooring recommendation (Natural White Oak) as I was only replacing our kitchen flooring and needed it to match the hardwood in the adjoining room. The installers did a great job and when an issue occurred, they handled it professionally and quickly. The flooring looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier.
