"Anderson glass came highly recommended to us. We called them. They came out, fairly quick to give us an estimate. The young lady that came out named Faith. She gave us some recommendations on our tile which made since. We were originally quoted 1600 which was perfect. When she came out to do the measurements she then quoted me 1700 with her recommendations. I was still okay with that cost. We had the tile finished and she came back to do the measurements again. Before she left we discussed the quote again being 1700. She sent a quote the next morning that now says 1950. I asked her to explain why the coat changed. She told me because of the measurements. Our shower size did t change from the first time she was here so I asked her to explain that to me. Need less to say, this is unexpected for a business to do this. Then she said the best she could do was 1800. Wow… still unexpected. My husband looked on there website and they are offering a 5% discount that she never told me about. Just all around bad business."
