"We signed up for change of address in July 2023. And mail still is being delivered to my previous address in troutville as of 12/2023."
"This place is great! Stacy helped me with my outrageous request of shipping nearly 50 priority mail boxes all while continuing to help other customers. The process was smoother than I ever imagined it would be and I’m so glad I went here for this task!"
"This post office is terrible. I really think they just drive by random mailboxes and throw other peoples mail in them. Three times in the last month they have lost mail of mine that was time sensitive."
"If I could post 0 stars, I would. There’s a reason this place is rated so low. Went to pick up an Amazon package they wouldn’t deliver and claimed it was a two person drop off. That’s fine, even though the package was small and weighed next to nothing. The problem lies with the worker, Missie, as she is nice in the beginning but quickly turns rude at the slightest inconvenience for her. Talked to her over the phone in the morning and caught an idea of her attitude and also when I went to pick up. Not good customer service."
"Would be AMAZING to call the post office and speak to a person instead of a universal automated extended bunch of mess. My carrier missed a package that was suppose to be delivered. Tried to call the PO in hopes they could get in touch with her to let her know she forgot a package. Took 15 minutes on an automated system just to learn what I already knew. The package is in her truck. Was suppose to promised for delivery today. Won't get it till tomorrow. Hire some people to answer phones and fire the computer!"
