"The location was clean and bright. My nail technician was very friendly and gave me a nice foot massage with the pedicure. They had a HUGE selection of colors in gel and regular polishes. The only reason i don't give then a five is that the gel manicure i got didn't even last a week before it started chipping and that is because they painted over my cuticles. I knew i should have said something but a good nail technician should already know that."

"The woman was in such a hurry she ripped the wax paper so hard, my face bled. Then she covering it up trying to wax other parts of my face and didn't show me my face on purpose. And mostly I believe it was a racial aggression. She was being rough and rushing because she thought she could get away with it. Told me my skin was too sensitive. If she didn't want to be bothered, she should have said that instead of ruin my face."

"I had both mani and pedi here, I had explained to the technician that gels don’t work for me b/c they chip the next day, she said she could do one layer of dip powder and then gel. Assuming that since this is her field she knew what she was talking about. I agree to have it done. I came yesterday to get both mani and pedi again and I explained to this other technician what I had done two weeks prior and she didn’t seem to pay attention to what I said. Long story short she ended up damaging my natural nails because she ripped off both dip powder and gel polish I had, instead of doing what she was supposed to do, she said it took to long, well I was there 30 just sitting there having a pedi, common sense she should have utilized that time to properly remove the polish. should have just walked away. I blame the manager because she was there and they were talking about my situation. Basically I paid to have my nails damage plus they cannot deny that I tip them above average. But that was my fault for not going with my guy and common sense. I’ve learned my lesson and they will never see another penny from me. Please be aware and don’t let them make decisions for you. To the manager: it’s about customer service and you don’t have it. Services are not free and people should be having average service, you have failed to deliver that. No reply needed. Thanks!"

"Worst pedicure I have ever received. Technician was very rough. Asked for paraffin and she brought it out in a grocery bag! Cut hole out for my toes, continued doing my nails and at the end took bag of paraffin off. What a mess. Left with paraffin still on my feet and legs. Will never return! Don’t waste your money going here!"
